For customer returns and refunds, the customer must contact Entera Medical Ltd on hamed@enteramedical.com within 14 days of receiving the items to arrange return and receive a returns number for logging once received by the Company. Items must be in a resalable and sealed condition. A 15% restocking fee will be charged for orders returned due to error by customer when issuing refund.
For the return of faulty or damaged products during transit, the Company must be notified within 48 hours of receiving damaged goods on hamed@enteramedical.com or +447766991618
